RE: Checking in on your Framework Laptop

Hi,
I recently got an email about the laptop after 2 years. I sent an email reply but unsurprisingly, it probably didn’t go anywhere so I’m just copying it here to provide the feedback:

I love this check-in email! I (thankfully) haven’t needed to make any adjustments, repairs or upgrades to my laptop but having the option to was the main reason I pulled the trigger with Framework. This email really bolsters that decision and reminds me of the movement I am (very passively) participating in.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know that however much time was put into this “check in” was well worth it from this customer.
