I recently picked up one of the outlet FW13 11th gen laptops. The specs of the laptop are i7-1165G7, 16gb ram, Intel AX210, and WD SN850x. Installed W11 Pro.
My goal with this laptop was browsing/streaming/work. Nothing intensive. For the last 2 days, I’ve noticed the fan would kick in full drive at 5-10% load, as well as when the laptop is closed. Which prompted me to make this post. I was in bed, with the laptop sitting on my nightstand. Woke up to the fan blasting when visibly closed.
I have installed the newest bios as well as all drivers needed from the set-up guide. Any recommendations on what to do next to help resolve this issue would be very much appreciated. Thank you
