Yes, yes, yes! Please sell a “Dvorak conversion kit” (and Colemak and Workman and…). It’s just four keycaps. I’d pay up to $20 for it. Surely that must be economically viable.

A kit of all the alternate keys, including F12 replacement and a ‘Framework’ key to replace the Windows key …

It has been normalized as default French keyboard now, and I’d personally pay twice the price for this…

Can you remove keys and move them about? I.e. so I could change the position of the key labels if I wished?
I.e. I could change querty to azerty myself if I wished?

Theoretically yes, but the keycaps are relatively fragile and not designed to be removable. So if you damage something during your mod, that would be your problem and not a warranty case or something like that.
