[RESPONDED] Not entering the suspend mode

I have an error when I’m trying to suspend the laptop by pressing the power button. Subsequently, there is no response, and the laptop fails to enter the suspend mode. Using Ubuntu 20.04. Please help!

would you be able to take screenshot of the error?
Also what’s your Framework Hardware specs?

We also highly recommend that you use Ubuntu 22.04.3

I think I will try Ubuntu 22.04.3. Hope it will solve my problem. Gonna come back if it won’t.
