I replied to an email from support on the 18th October and then chased it up on the 25th and I’ve not had a response, can someone please check if my email was received and if a response was sent? Just checking it’s not got lost in the system, the subject of the thread is:
“Submission from Service Request Form: Battery draining when plugged in and limit battery capacity is in enabled.”
