[RESPONDED] Scrolling with Arrow Keys is acting weird (Linux Mint 21.3)

Hello all!

Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon | Framework 13, 11th Gen Intel

Just got my first framework today and I’m ecstatic! I am also a linux noob, so sorry if this is a dumb question. I really like to use the arrow keys to scroll, and this works fine on Firefox, but dose not work in the OS overall- ie in the settings, other apps (like thunderbird for instance). Any advice?

Can you check with Ubuntu 22.04 Live or Fedora 39 Live USB and see if your Arrow keys are behaving fine or not on those supported Distros?

Thanks for the response. Knock on wood, it looks like it’s resolved itself? Perhaps it needed a few extra reboots to get everything working properly? Regardless, the past few days the arrow keys have been working fine with everything, looks like it was just a fluke. I’ll keep an eye on it though, especially when I go to do updates. :slight_smile:
