This BIOS update is a multi-part update, meaning you will need to update to 3.23, and then update to 3.24. This is due to an issue that cannot update the new Microsoft secure boot CA if you update the BIOS from the previous version to 3.24 directly.
I cannot find download links for 3.23.
Where do i get downloads for:
3.21
3.22
3.23
so that I can update to 3.24?
I have tried modifying the download link that works for 3.24 to change the version in the filename. all attempts ended in a 404 file not found error
I should add that modifying the URL was able to get me a download for my current version (3.20 - not helpful) and the latest version (3.24 - which i have downloaded already but cannot install until i update to 3.23 per the warning)
It seems as though 3.23 and 2.34 are part of the same download given the filenames and contents, but i still dont know where to get 3.21 and 3.22.
I just checked and the checksum of 3.20 as freshly downloaded just now matches my download from when i updated, so it doesnt seem like that has retroactively been changed
Update: going from 3.20 → 3.22 and then following the procedure in the current version (3.23/3.24 combined) instructions has resulted in a successful update
I know you figured it out but for those not wanting to do it your way, you can also just find the old beta BIOS releases on the forum but Framework absolutely should be making older BIOS releases easily accessible on the knowledge base page like other manufacturers
If you scroll way down the 3.24 page the linux Efi shell install directions explain that both versions are included in the same download (the download zip has both versions in the filename too)
This isnt very intuitive for people who only look at the table. It took me a while to find too
