Hey guys, i have an amd framework 13 with the 7840U in the cooler master case, and i dont know why, but the cpu keeps throttling down quite hard. Atm is hovering somewhere between 1.5 and 2.5 ghz, which is quite low.
What is your configuration of the the mainboard? I see a 7800 XT in your performance metrics and still usage on the 780M. Have you tried disabling the 780M and running your output through the GPU?
