[SOLVED] Can't login to GNOME on Arch Linux after upgrading Framework display

I just got my Framework 2.8k display and installed it onto my Framework 13 (AMD). When I boot up I can get to the GNOME login screen just like before and the keyboard/mouse/display work just fine. However after I type in my password, the mouse freezes and the screen is just gray, and the only thing I can do is hard shut it off by holding down the power button. Any ideas on how to fix? Did I miss a step I needed to do before in GNOME before installing the new display?

Never mind - the solution is to press Ctrl+Alt+F2 at the GNOME login screen (before logging in), running sudo systemctl restart gdm.service, and then everything works again. Just thought Iā€™d leave here in case anyone else runs into this same problem.
