The num pad not working when installing on right side. Works fine on left side. Also, the only bottom that works when on the right side is the enter key which adjusts the brightness and sometimes it flickers like there’s a bad connection. I opened a support ticket as well, we shall see. Anyone else have this issue?
If you are experiencing this only on the one side, you might have an issue with the mid plate cable or the mid plate. Support team can help you troubleshoot the issue and with the part replacement if there is a hardware issue.
Got the num pad to work, removed the mid plate and put everything back together, ow it works.
