[SOLVED] OBS streaming problem

when I use obs, without even going on stream, the preview window starts to behave very buggy: browsers disappear, the preview window changes shape, sometimes images disappear. And when I stream, at the moment of this “bug attack” the stream ends with an error. I use the latest version, and also update all drivers and BIOS up to date. (basic solutions don’t work, I tried)

my setup is:Framework Laptop 13 AMD 7640/u, Windows 11 23H2, 16gb RAM (crucial) (in bios installed gaming preset (also i tryed in auto mode, but doesn’t help)), 1tb SSD (samsung)

It might be a wifi problem. Try with an ethernet cable and see if it improves?
It also looks like the stream might not be encoded correctly:

that’s my capture card error, means that no hdmi devices not connected to cc
