[SOLVED] Volume and Brightness Buttons Fedora Linux 40 (KDE Plasma)

I’m using the Framework 16 without gpu module with a fresh install of Fedora Linux 40 (KDE Plasma). I’m almost positive I have everything up to date. Everything else seems to work with the laptop including the fingerprint sensor but none of the brightness and volume keys control the brightness or volume. I’ve tried to look up information about this but I haven’t found anything that worked or was recent. Updating and rebooting did not solve the problem. Thanks for any assistance in advance, I’m a new Linux user.

By default, the volume up button is just an F3 key.
If you press the Fn key then while pressed, also press volume up, it will do volume up.
You can do Fn lock by pressing shift then Fn.
After that, pressing volume up alone will do volume up.

Thank you! I can’t believe I didn’t know that, I’ve only ever had a desktop
