Standalone Framework 13 Mainboard first steps

I bought an Intel 11th Gen Framework 13 mainboard to run as a standalone server. When I connect power and an HDMI display, the 3 LEDs on the left side light up, but no HDMI output ever occurs.

Clearly I’m “holding it wrong”, but it’s not clear to me how to hold it right.

Can someone direct me to the startup steps?

Figured it out, more or less.

  1. Press the startup button cleverly hidden next to the screw mount towards the upper-right hand corner, about an inch below the top and 1.5 inches from the right.
  2. Go into the bios:
    2a) ensure that ‘Standalone Mode’ is Enabled
    2b) Ensure that auto-power-on is Enabled
