I recently shut my computer off and when i turned it on im stuck in the grub menu. I have windows on the ssd which works fine and ubuntu on my 1tb expansion. Usually i know how to get out of grub by finding boot and grub and all that, except this time it isn’t present, and there are more variables as seen in the picture below. Any clue how to boot back into ubuntu?
Well thats odd. Maybe my extension card wasnt plugged in properly. I unplugged and replugged it in and it booted fine. This issue is RESOLVED.

As a data point, I have also noticed that the internal NVME slot can sometimes disappear when extension slots are jiggled/cables removed. Which leads to immediate OS crash and/or on reboot the NVME not being detected. My suspicions is that this is a grounding issue. I’ve encountered it maybe 3 or 4 times over the last few months (Once whilst plugging into a conference lectern display… which was a moment of panic).
