Hi i would like to know how i can get a tax invoice from framework for my purchase. I’ve send many emails even contacted them on Instagram but still no one has helped me. I don’t understand why is so difficult to just answer my mail and send me an attachment with my tax invoice. Can some please help.
Framework support is under extremely heavy load due to pre-order shipping and payment processing for AMD 7040 Series. This has pushed them back past their standard one business day response time. For more information, see Status of Framework Support (October 24th, 2023)
Please just be patient and await a response. They will likely get back to you within the next week. Note that creating additional tickets or responding to your ticket without receiving a reply will only delay things further, as it moves you to the back of the line.
