TB4 Dock - Wake / Regular BSOD on Wake (Windows 11 / 13th Gen)

Running on a 1360p with Windows 11 22H2 Build 22621.1848.
Connecting to:

  • Dell WD22TB4
  • Huawei Mateview (DP over USB-C connector on WD22)
  • Dell U2515H x2 (DP Connector on WD22)

Dock works as expected when lid closed normally (I would not expect enough bandwidth to work with lid open).

Two issues at play here:

Wake on TB4 / USBC
Device doesn’t seem to wake on keyboard input on the USB-C/TB4. This requires lifting the lid to wake the device, then closing.

BSOD on Wake regularly
Seeing a BSOD on wake. I have the dump file which I can provide if required (hesitant to provide whole thing, so important snippets enclosed):

WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT (19c)
Win32k did not turn the monitor on in a timely manner.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000050, Calling monitor driver to power on.
Arg2: ffffbe8183ecf080, Pointer to the power request worker thread.
Arg3: 0000000000000000
Arg4: 0000000000000000

System is running the latest Framework driver bundle, WD22 is running latest Dell FW (and works fine with both an XPS and Lenovo P15v.).

Framework team - Is someone able to look over this? It seems to be a continuing problem.

Have you tried isolating to a specific monitor? I had a similar problem on an HP laptop with two monitors and it happens with one monitor but not the other.
