Touchpad requiring more fingers after resuming from hibernate

This morning, I just had an issue after resuming from hibernate: the trackpad was requiring two fingers to move the cursor, and three fingers to scroll. Has anyone had this happen before?

I have had this issue a few times. I normally have to restart the computer to fix it.
