Thank you all!!!
I’ll try some of the suggestions, and I’ll report here!
Would it be possible to know what kind of material is the finger loop made of?
I just noticed the superglue I had used before was not designed to work on e.g. nylon, and other couple plastic varieties.
The E6000 seems to work at least in theory, but I am postponing buying it since I’ve read it contains perchlorethylene.
I don’t know what material it is, but it sounds like it’s an LSE (Low Surface Energy) plastic, like polypropylene. These can be harder to bond to with normal adhesives than High Surface Energy plastics. Nylon is also LSE. You could search for an adhesive that mentions being able to bond to LSE plastics. Since most consumers don’t know what LSE plastics are, I’d look for the name of an LSE plastic on the list of items an adhesive says it can bond to.
A double sided LSE adhesive may also work. 3M 300LSE is commonly used in mobile phones, so sheets are available inexpensively for phone repairs. Like on ebay or amazon.
