You probably can jump to the latest version with no issue…but why risk it. Just go one version at a time, I linked to every version you need in that post.
It gets even easier if you use the .exe files provided by Framework instead of the EFI shell method. Yes you can use the .exe files on Win 10 but you should update to Win 11 anyways since Win 10 loses security updates this Fall. So upgrade to Win 11 and then update your BIOS.
