USB-C issues limited device functionality

Hi, i have a strange issue that i just wanted to ask about if anyone else has ever experienced it.

I am using a Laptop 16, it is about two month old now, running Windows 10 on the most recent version (19045.4717) and BIOS 03.03.

I never had any issues with the connectors but since yesterday windows keeps showing me a “decive may not be fuly functional when connected to this port” notification whenever i plug my PS, my external monitor or anything else into port 4.

I already tried different USB-C expansion cards and also tried without an extension card at all, nothing changed. This issue only appears when using port 4, the others are working fine. I also cant notice any funtionality issues, my monitor works as expected and it also appears to charges like normal when using the PS. The only thing that i noticed is that it seems to draw less power from the monitor now but that could also be my imagination or because of other reasons.

Does anyone have any hints/suggestions what the issue could be? I did not change the extension card in that port recently so i dont expect it to be physical damage. Would be a bummer if it is already damaged/defective after just two monts, i am realy happy with the Laptop otherwise, it would be a real shame.

Note: As i am writing this i was playing around with the expansion cards a bit more and noticed that when i have my external monitor connected and change any of the display capable ports i also get that note from windows but not when connectiong anything to it, also this is not consistantly replicable. Furthermore the LED on the side is glowing red sometimes, i dont think it did that before. At this point i am pretty sure it must be software related.

Sorry for the long paragraph,
appreciate any comments, thanks!
