USB C on the right side not working

My right side of my USB Ports is not working anymore. The left side is working, that’s where i charge. I checked my device manager and found out USB Connecter Managers reports UCM-UCSI ACPI Device has stopped working because of problems and Error (Code 43). Please need help in fixing this. Thanks

Try resetting the mainboard and see if that fixes the issue. Link to the guide: Fully Resetting the Mainboard State - Framework Guides. Also, update to the 3.19 BIOS if you haven’t done so.

I would try swapping the cards to see if the issue follows those certain cards as well. If you plug something in bypassing the cards completely do they work?
