USB Microphone disables USB ports and sound input and output

When I plug in my USB-A Tonor G11 conference microphone, USB-A webcam (with microphone) or a USB-C wireless lapel microphone, sound input and output is unresponsive. The Windows quick settings menu is unresponsive (when I click the area on the taskbar, a blank window comes up where normally there would be toggles for WiFi, sound, battery, etc). Also the computer will not restart properly while it is plugged in. The computer will act like it is going to shutdown, but the power light stays on and I have to force the computer down and start it back up.

If I plug any of these into a separate USB hub or my Dell WD19TB dock, they all work just fine. The issue is only when plugging them directly into the expansion ports on the computer itself.
