What do we think of this possible new memory standard (CAMM)?

Umph, this is quite the price premium. ~2x the cost of 2x32GB SODIMMs. On the other hand, it’s LPDDR5X, no clue what the general cost is associated with them when they’re soldered down, vs regular DDR5 chips.

On the gripping hand, it’s a brand new form factor, not a lot of production yet, I think it’ll ramp up over the next year or two so modules won’t be quite so expensive.

Also, those power usage difference numbers, wow. Nice.
