What is the difference between preinstalled or downloaded Windows?

Hi,

in my experience with earlier Windows versions, a preinstalled Windows came with all sorts of drivers and helper applications.
Isn’t this different with the downloaded and self-installed Windows11?

There isn’t any difference between the two beyond what @anon81945988 said. Framework does have a driver package for Windows but they ask users to install it.

Hi,
no problem here with installing provided drivers myself, in principle.
By helper apps i meant f.e. GUIs for configuration of driver parameters and such.
