When can shipping be expected?

Hello,

I see that for the framework 13 shipping can be expected at Q4 and for the framework 16 shipping can be expected at Q2.
What does it means? Is Q4 October to November of this year or of next year? What about Q2?

Q stands for quarter (of the year), so Q4 is the last 3 months of this year, Oct - Dec 31.
And Q2 would be Apr - Jun 2024.
