When will and HDMI 2.1 expansion card be available?

The currently available expansion cards support up to HDMI 2.0b, with 4K 60Hz resolution.
Since the processor should be able to generate more data than that (as proved by the availability of DisplayPort expansion cards), is an HDMI 2.1 expansion card on the horizon?

Since it is not mentioned on the web site, is the current DisplayPort expansion card able to support 4K at 144Hz? Which version of DP is it?

The DP adapter is whichever version the CPU can output as it is simply a passive adapter and uses the alt mode signal directly. The HDMI sadly has more going on inside which means that it isn’t actually using the HDMI signal available from the CPU so even if the CPU supports 2.1 the actual expansion card is more a DP to HDMI adapter.
