Win 10 / Wi-Fi driver: Device Manager indicates that Wi-FI is not installed correctly

Problem:

After a fresh install of Windows 10 including the Framework Driver Bundle the Device Manager still indicates that Wi-FI is not installed correctly.

Updating the driver with Windows on-board tools does not help.
