We added a category to the support request form around volume ordering. We don’t have a formal volume or business ordering or support program at the moment, but we are very interested in hearing about business needs to inform what we develop around this. We’re also supporting a small number of business pilots of Framework Laptops with businesses who are comfortable with working with shipping and support that is still consumer-oriented. Very recently, we’ve also added some back end support for payment methods used by businesses for these pilot customers.
In general though, our ask for businesses in the near term is:
- Pick up one or two Framework Laptops through the normal consumer ordering flow first to make sure it works well for your company’s needs (and we hope it does!)
- Send a message through the support form and we’ll work with you to see if it makes sense to participate in the pilot.
