I had the same issue, it got resolved after I created a support request and they sent me a new mainbaord. So if this problem only happens if you have the USB-A port on the left side, but it works if you use the USB-A port on the right side, chances are high that you have the exact same issue than I had. So you probably also need to create a support request.
