Hi there, very happy after 2 monthes working with it.
September -November is busy time and FW 1éth gen has been serving me well.
Doing design thinking for 7 hours /day using :
- Huge boards in chrome with 100 pictures in HD
- Google meet with 6 video streams
- Sometime video recording with KAZAM at the same time
Running Ubuntu mate 22.04
Got freezings once every week I beleive from the intel 12th gen platforme not yet there. Freezing always happen to me when on videoconferencing, I imagine it is IGPU related.
I have deactivated the Ecores.And recentely the tuboboost too.
Looking forward for a BIOS bicrocode CPU update
My previous laptop E590 I3 8145U with 2 cores couldn t handle those taskes anymore. It was lagging a lot (but never freezing).
Overall as my daily driver I feel very confident going on the otherside of the world with it now. Its the only computer I use for 2 monthes at work and home.
