Please consider to re-invent really good keyboard for Framework laptops.
Here is the inspiration:

And instead of Windows logo put Framework logo, thanks!

uhhhh, its not really possible for the fw16 or fw13. The 7 row has 2.5mm of key travel and both laptops have a max keyboard thickness of 3.7mm, leaving only 1.2mm for the actual components which is not enough.
I belive that @Michal_Landsman is more thinking about the layout, and I agree. It would be nice with a more complet keyboard, with all keys aviable and full size arrow keys ( prefarable in a vim style hjkl layout ). unfourtunaly it would likely requier an redesigned input cover, might be difficult with the internals as well. I would not like to see the qualty of the keys comprimised as the framework keyboard is pretty nice.

fair, and maybe it could work with a input cover that uses the top extra centimeter of space on the fw13 and maybe a touchpad that has been moved forward a lil bit to provide ~15 mm extra height.
If the computer came with a touchscreen I would be quiet happy to sacrifice some of the touchpad size for more key rows.
I would be happy with only trackpoint variant on the end. I use mostly external mouse or magic trackpad anyway, when I do not work with code etc.
not sacrificing size, but just moving it down on the front of the laptop
a trackpoint would be too tall to do well.
