@Andreas1 I have just received the “Your order has been shipped email”. No preparation, no charged email before but now this one.
I haven’t received a response from support, so I don’t know if opening a ticket had any effect. If I were you, I would wait a few days and if there’s still no shipment email, file a ticket.
Hit me up if you have anymore questions.
ETA: I specifically whitelisted Framework’s email domains, maybe that had an effect if you have a custom email server.

Thanks @Ben_Kaps exactly the same happened to me too! Shipping mail received today. I use M365, so no junk or other folder, Quarantine is empty.

I also got the preparation mail on 30th Thursday, for Germany adress.
Curious when it will arrive and via what method, if it’s DHL can reirect it for the days when I’m not at home so it doesn’t stay in front of the door for days in this weather.
Seems like things are moving quicker than expected. Gone from first notifications of batch being prepared to shipping emails for some people in 4 days!
My mistake, I hadn’t gone back far enough and checked users to see which batch they were in.
Even still, it’s good to see batch 9 users getting shipping emails and I think some are even getting theirs delivered now. I think the batches are staggered by around a week so maybe this time next week?!
Well no email about it happening (yet) but I do see a pending transition on my credit card for the balance on my order. 
The order status page is also showing paid in full… Soon™
Out of curiosity, were you one of the first to join batch 10 / what was your order date? I ordered on 24th November and wondering if they are going based on order number (which would make sense)
I was charged today as well, I ordered my Framework 13 7840u on Nov. 17. Hopefully everyone will get their laptops soon!

My order date was November 19th. Seems like the process is moving along quick enough. Definitely eager to get my AMD machine since I had fun setting up an intel one a couple weeks ago for a family member

My order date is 20 and nothing yet, but it must be very close.
Reading the above I ordered an ax210 for good measure. I am slightly nervous about the antenna cables, but oh well, hope I’ll be lucky with it.
I’d imagine the orders are being handled based on regions right now instead of by date ordered in the batch, that way there are enough orders to ship them in bulk to the various regions.
Just checked, and saw that I was charged! No charged or shipping email however. Hoping for that shipping confirmation any day now.
I got charged also, I’m in the Midwest U.S.A
I placed an order on November 12th, 7640u barebone system, but the remaining payment has not been deducted. The region is Taiwan.
