There are few minor dents on the outside of the shipping box, but the box that contained the laptop itself has no damage. It is pretty remarkable how well these things typically hold up given what they go through during shipping.
As an update, my last communication from support is that I need a replacement display kit, and that they need to confirm my shipping details.
