Then I keep my fingers crossed that you have more luck than me - Step 3 mail received on August 10 and since then no debit or the like, but yesterday the mail already shared here that not all laptops can be delivered in August. Plus an answer from the support on myr inquiry, why no debit had taken place: Delivery date unclear…
Ordered i7 1260, 32gb, DIY on June 8
Got my Step 4 email (Payment collected) on August 9. Then framework sent a delay email on August 16 that my shipment still hasn’t gone out yet.
With the new delay emails and shipments going out I’m getting annoyed that they collected my money and nothing seems to be happening with my particular order.
Well the email said it’s expected to ship this month, so I guess I’ll give them the week…

Thank you for your inquiry. We acknowledge that you want to know the status of your order. We recently sent out an email regarding Batch 2 order delays. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to ship the entire batch by August 31. We apologize for the delay, and will be sending you another update soon with a more specific timeframe for your estimated ship date. Again, thank you for your patience.

Just got the email today that my laptop has shipped! Hopefully it’ll be here very soon.
I’ve got an i5-1240 and ordered it on May 20th.

Wow, kudos Framework & Fedex. 7 days after payment, and 46h after the laptop was handed over to FedEx, I’m now holding it in my hand. That’s some serious delivery speed for Taiwan → Germany! For Ref: DIY i5-1240P, ordered on May 23rd

PENULTIMATE RACE UPDATE
It’s neck and neck between DBrand and Valve as both are due to be delivered today, an absolute suprise from DBrand as just a few days ago it was still sitting in America as the Deck came over from the Mainland under the cover of darkness!
Framework is still sitting (In pieces on the manufacturing line) in Taiwan.
The next update I give shall be the final one, Ladies and Gents.

RACE FINALE:
WHAT A PHOTO FINISH IT WAS! Both the Deck and the DBrand package where delivered by the same courier!
So who won? The Deck, by approximately 10cm as it crossed the threshold to my domain as both packages were ontop of one another but the courier handed it to me as if you would pass a stick by grabbing the other end!
In regards to Framework, I guess it goes to show that no matter what processor you have, sometimes it ain’t just fast enough.
And now I wait.
