I routinely checked my bank account his morning to check whether the Framework money has been taken off. Unfortunately not… Literally one minute later I received my stage 4 email. Checking my bank account again. Now the money has been paid!

I’ve got to say, in my neighbourhood (a leafy UK suburb) Hermes are just fine. It might be because we only have 1 Hermes guy. It’s always the same guy.
Then again, DPD are also excellent where I am, so I’m happy.
But (data point) I’m still on stage 2 (DIY, i7)
I just got my shipping number to, though the email doesn’t actually specify which courrier is being used it is a DPD one.

Also batch 8, DIY, UK. I got my tracking number on the 18th, it also didn’t say which courier it is, based on the posts above I tried DPD and bingo! On the 18th afternoon it was still in Lenton Taipei. Hopefully a few more days and it shall arrive. I’ll be happy if it comes close to the weekend.

Still no update, even though it’s already Tuesday noon in Taiwan. Let me check how cheap flights to Taipei have gotten because I am going mad.

At least you’ve got a tracking number! I’m still waiting for that.
At a guess, it’s either not been collected yet, or if it’s been collected it’s passing through customs and waiting to be scheduled onto a flight. DPD might not even start tracking it until it’s in the destination country.

This seems the most likely, even though I feel like that shouldn’t take that long. DPD is tracking it, but their status updates aren’t that helpful/transparent:

How do they manage to be almost equally unhelpful though?? I’d volunteer to rework their system, this is just sloppy. DHL is way better in that regard.

I can not even click the orange button to track my package. Dpd says its in transit since the 17th. Im so excited and cant wait any longer. But it would be great if we had any more infomormation regarding estimated arrival times etc.

After doing a bit of research DPD uses Hainan Airlines for Asia to EU. Has twice weekly flights.

If that’s the case there don’t appear to be any today or tomorrow from what I’ve found
I’m unsure where DPD lands their aircraft in the EU. Looking at past flights, I would guess it would go to Shanghai or Guangzhou and fly to Brussels
