Same here. Mine has been stuck since the 24th. HubEz says the last tracking event is ‘Processed for export’. No signs mine has left Taipei yet

DPD delivered mine (Bolton, GM) spot on time at 10:30 - didn’t realise before this that they delivered on Sundays. Plugged in charging as we speak before I set up Windows.

Mine is also due for delivery today In Surrey by DPD between 13:15 and 14:15 !!! I also wasn’t expecting it until at least tomorrow. Super-excited

I have just received my laptop however, the attached invoice is incorrect for price and it only lists 1*16GB of memory , I ordered two. Gonna open it up and check what’s actually in there , fingers crossed
[EDIT] Looks like all is as per ordered 2*16GB hmm . I’ve raised a support ticket so framework get some feedback as the process seems a little broken!

The shipping has been very stop-start. There was a post by me earlier today and another by @Gregor_Schram with the flight timetables from Taipei for UK and Singapore (EU Mainland are routed via here) this should give you an idea of when your laptop should be leaving Taiwan at least.
I hope that has already happened because the last status was from 25th Feb (Taiwan Time) so 24th Feb for me. Maybe it’s already on its way.
Looking at the flight plans for DHL I see two options for the laptops that are currently in “Cleared for Export” and headed for Germany (and France?).
- The laptops have just arrived in Singapore with flight BR6029 and will be sorted and transported on the next flight to Leipzig (through Bahrein) 3S539 on Tuesday (so the earliest delivery would be Wednesday).
- The laptops are scheduled for the next BR6029 which leaves on Tuesday from Taipei and will then end up in Germany either Wednesday or Thursday (most likely final delivery on Friday/Saturday).
Ofc I am hoping for option 1 but I guess we will know from us having a DHL tracking number by tomorrow morning or not. As I am shipping it from Germany to The Netherlands I will most likely have to wait about a week from now to finally have it in my hands.
P.S. Air logistics are very interesting and tracking flights might just become my new hobby.

My machine arrived in the UK 3 mins into the scheduled hour delivery time. The DPD Web site had updated to show the estimated delivery time. The other Web site hadn’t – it was still saying it had been cleared by UK customs, but that was all.
Ok, by the way, it works and I’m very happy with it. Busy installing software from the Ubuntu repository. Haven’t tried EVERYTHING

For me too. Its realy fun looking for routes. I honestly thought that my laptop could be on the flight Box545/3S545 from Singapore to Leipzig, but I don’t realy know that.

Had any issues booting from SSD?
AV Linux installed and runs great but can only boot from USB.
Windows installer won’t see it either so can’t update the SSD F/W 
Installed Ubuntu from a USB-A stick to SSD with no problems. Rebooted from SSD after the installation with no problems. All as expected.
