the 4 expansion cards i have are all usb-c is that normal to have those 4 to begin with? i did order the 250gb separate, with a new screwdriver asi m like that about spares. any info would help? Thanks in advance.

Did the ordering process allow you to choose your expansion cards? (It should have.) Is USB-C what you want/need? That configuration is by default. You could have also chosen USB-A, microSD, HDMI, DisplayPort, 250GB or 1TB.
At the time of ordering you could have configured it for 3 USB-C and 1 250GB if that’s what you wanted. You didn’t have to order the 250GB card later. But if you also wanted a spare screwdriver then you might as well since shipping will probably be the same.
