Can't connect my bluetooth headphones

I started working with my desktop with windows 11 and I cannot figure out why my bluetooth headphones aren’t recognized. Bluetooth works just fine for other devices when connecting to the computer and the headphones connect just fine to my phone and other devices around the house.

The headphones are HyperX III S Wireless I have been troubleshooting all day and still can’t figure out the issue. Checking the control panel the computer recognizes the headphones as an unspecified device.

Sounds like an issue with the headphones. I had a similar issue with some Airpods Max and turned out to be the bluetooth module that was going sideways because I did not use the proper MagSafe cover to put the thing to a deep sleep. Luckily, I found a way to factory reset everything, including the module and now it works fine. The Framework Desktop has some of the best BT range I have ever seen, btw. I can still listen even in my kitchen which is several rooms from the computer.

Found a way to reset my headphones and worked just like you said! Bluetooth has been giving me a headache since I first unboxed it and I’m glad everything is working properly now.

Glad to hear, mine was an issue with the magnet because apparently these stupid headsets refuse to go to sleep without it. So, I had to buy a different stand that sports magnets so the device goes to sleep, and properly restarts the BT module every time you take it off the stand.
