Can't find CPU configuration in BIOS

Laptop: Framework 13 AMD Ryzen 5 7640
OS: Windows 11 and Kali dual boot

Hi all,

I can’t for the life of me find the CPU configuration settings on my laptop. I wan’t to ensure that AMD-V is on for virtualization. My BIOS is version 3.05. In the BIOS guide it shows that the cpu config settings are under the advanced submenu. However I can’t locate it.

There is no settings for it in the new bioses. I think that guide is from some way older version as it doesn’t have the graphical ui.

But AMD-V should be enabled by default
