One thing to also consider is the Switches.
The power on/off switch has a different design if it is switching AC or whether it is switching DC.
So, if you did supply 90-100VDC, I would advise the use of a DC certified power switch.
That is why you cannot use 110/240V AC mains switches on the DC side of a set of Solar panels. It has to be a DC certified switch instead.

Warning, its a bit more sparky when trying to switch off DC. 
and that is why one needs special DC switches for it.
