Does all four thunderbolt ports of Framework 13 (Intel 12th Gen) support USB 3.2 Gen 2x2?

They do not. FW is using the Intel Burnside Bridge retimer which supports USB 3.2 Gen2 (10Gb/s). They would have had to implement the Hayden Bridge retimer to be able to offer USB 3.2 2x2 support. Plus Hayden Bridge only first became available starting with 13th Gen.
