I’m fairly certain the charger stopped if it gets too hot - a while ago I accidentally but a bunch of paper and junk onto of it and tried to play games and my power disconnected for a minute after a while. Realized the charger was being smothered and was super hot, after I uncovered it I want having any issues so I’m fairly certain that was it.
Yes, I’m comfortable in saying now that the power output won’t change based on the temperature so long as it doesn’t shut off entirely. What’s not clear to me is why it doesn’t seem to be providing 180W of power, assuming my meter isn’t off by 20W (which would be a huge delta).
I managed to pull more than 4.41A, so that doesn’t appear to be an issue. Still capping out at 163W supplied though.

I suspect there’s a current sensing resistors somewhere on the mainboard, that you can chenge to a resistor that has 90% resistance, to get 5A
