Dual Boot(Window with Ubuntu) BIOS Update

I currently have a internal windows build with a 1TB Expansion card that has a Ubuntu build, I am upgrading my battery from 55Wh to 61Wh and it requires a BIOS update, whats the best way to go about the upgrade/BIOS update?
