eGPU support for laptop 12

I am very interested in the Laptop 12. It is compact, very versatile and repairable. However, I am missing something that seems crucial for a reasonable player : it is at least a Thunderbold 4 or USB 4 port which can support an eGPU.

With that I really think I will find the perfect combo. I would wait for this function before buying a Laptop 12.

May it will happenned ?

Id really like this as well. I’ve got an old 1070 laying around id love to use!

Maybe one could wire up some sort of M.2 to SSD + eGPU adapter that could fit through the side with a ribbon cable to an eGPU…

And boot from an expansion card instead, but that would be pretty drastic.
