I run Ubuntu 24.04 @ framework.
Framework claiming to support Ubuntu is kinda strange.
I would suspect some packages/info (maybe I missed that) supporting specific parts not supported via the distribution proposed to support the framework.
For the fan:
Installing from
provided me with the fitting ectool and made the fan working in a way I could configure it.
