I got the LED matrix spacers and the macropad and numpad which was a little crazy and i cannot live without the numpad or macropad. mostly macropad now. but i would love to be able to use the LED matrix spacers in place of the touchpad spacers. so i could have both the macropad and the LED matrix going at same time. is there a way to have a through hole flexible pcb made that allows the pogo pins to push through and still power the macropad but split to be able to power whatever is in the touchpad spacer locations? im just throwing it out there but not sure if that is even possible.
Like others have said, it would be so cool to have the option of a Haptic touchpad on the 13 or 16, like Appleās MacBooks or Microsoftās Surface laptops. I had a Snapdragon Surface laptop for a few months but ultimately sold it because Windows on Arm isnāt quite there yet for me software-wise. But! The haptics were so good I think about it too much
.
I dunno if this is still active, but thereās one thing I REALLY wanna see as a module for the 16"ā¦
So, Iām an artist and I recently got one of these fancy TourBoxes. The buttons, knobs and wheels are just so good for my workflow, but i really dont wanna bring my tourbox on the go! SOā¦if itās possible to create a module where you can have some knobs, wheels and even some buttons to make them shortcuts for art/video editing/photo editing/etc., it would be amazing!!
Something like the drawing above! idk i think it would be nice to have personally.
Hereās my early idea (inspired by @pitstop_tech 's midi keyboard and drum pad) ā Iād love to implement larger circular softpots to have a dj deck module in that same capacitive touch style. Add a few linear softpots and some velocity/pressure responsive buttons, and i think it would be an awesome setup. Looking for senors bigger than the photo below but this is the general idea.
Weāll see if i have the time or skills to actually do it (if it happens, Iāll make a thread).
