Fedora 44 is just 3 weeks away and I have already spent a fair amount of time on this Login GUI issue. Yes, mario is correct as it appears to be a race condition since its so random.
This problem goes back all the way to 2024 if not earlier and is still a major issue for quite a few users. Hopefully in 3 weeks we will see the end of this.
