on my FW16
and from my home server:
My server runs now for several years, and in the beginning had some issues because of drivers.
However, with ECC RMA, never had such stable server in the past @ home!
My time resources were low the last few weeks but i read about some problems in Kernel >6.7.3 so i was hesitant to update anything as long as 6.7.3 worked good enough
About the KDE6 Stuff, i guess its a huge compliment to say that nothing broke. For now my panels did not flee the desktop (i am changing between different monitor setups and sometimes a panel was suddenly on monitor 6). I had to change the SDDM Picture, i liked the previous mountain a lot more than the current one (what a complaint lol) and that was surprisingly annoying to find. Then i had this bug where, after some rounds of sleep and wakeup, the lock-screen/sddm freezes in a black state with only a (frozen) clock and no way to do anything anymore. I googled a bit around and in the arch forums they spoke about deleting the cache files and reapplying the theme, i did that three days ago and haven’t seen that effect anymore. I am still not sure if i like the “floating” panels when there is no fullscreen application, have to meditate about it.
What a wild and superficial review of a year long project completely ignoring all the work. But yeah, it does work, does what i want and i have yet to yell at it.
wonder what people are running these days
How long did that take to build?
I set it up within 12h.
how’s sid running?

It’s testing, actually
juancnuno@usscerritos:~$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb https://deb.debian.org/debian/ testing main contrib non-free-firmware non-free
deb-src https://deb.debian.org/debian/ testing main contrib non-free-firmware non-free
Setting it up wasn’t effortless but it’s been comparatively smooth sailing since then. I recently had to clear a t64 logjam.
