For those who have had both, is the suspend power draw better on AMD than it is on 13th gen Intel processors?

As the title says. I’m getting really bad power draw while suspended (roughly 15% over the course of 4 hours) and I’m getting kinda tired of it. I’ve tried a couple different Linux distros (specifically Debian, Fedora Workstation, and Fedora Silverblue) and the issue seems to be present across all of them, so I’m assuming it’s something hardware-related. I’ve tried switching to S3 suspend to see if that helped at all, but it didn’t seem to make much difference. I’ve got 3 USB-c modules and a USB-A module installed, and I’m currently on Fedora KDE in case that makes a difference. I’ve also installed the latest BIOS. While in use, battery life is satisfactory for me - somewhere between 8-10 hours with the 61Wh battery. Suspend is a major bummer though because I tend to leave my laptop in a bag and it sucks that I always find it dead.

So yeah, any help, either with software tweaks or information comparing Ryzen 300 and 13th gen Intel would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
