Is it possible to change the keyboard layout with QMK? Looks like it’s possible on the other laptops, and I’m not very experienced with it so maybe I’m missing something, but VIA does not detect this built-in keyboard. If there’s another supported method please let me know.
Basically I just want a way to use minimak because that’s what I have on the keyboard at my desk, and switching between the two is hurting my brain and typing speed 
I’m afraid QMK is currently only for the FWL16 keyboards.
The 12 does not come with QMK, and the keyboard controller chip is not one that’s compatible with putting QMK on it.
What OS are you on? If it’s Linux I could suggest some software options.
NixOS with GNOME, so i agree with your suggestion. I was just hoping there was a more permanent option.
Yeah, there just looks to be no way easy QMK could go there. There isn’t even usb present on the input cover, present in the input cover’s pogo pin connection. So even if one was willing to make a little add-on board for QMK to live on, you’d still need to run an usb connection to the input cover. Kind of sucks that they didn’t fit a usb line in there
